The following has been prepared for
you to inform you of all the important items and deadlines regarding the
upcoming tour. It is very important that you share this information with ALL players, coaches, team managers and
parents.

- Please notice
and inform your group that the airlines charge a standard deviation fee of
$150.00 per person (group rates are subject to availability). Please make
sure that people interested in deviating request these deviations as soon
as possible but not later than March 15, 2013. Airlines might
request a higher fare if space is getting limited. Airlines allow that a
maximum of 10% of the group can deviate. This can be done on the return
flights.
- After March
15, 2012 your group cannot add people or request deviations.
- Tell your
people to check our website. There is a special section (Support
Information) on our website which includes general information about
International Soccer Tours.
- We strongly
encourage taking out insurance – we have attached detailed information.
- Please notice
that, because of the unstable oil market, the airlines may institute a
higher fuel surcharge than we have calculated. We will monitor these
surcharges as best as we can and will inform you about any increases.
